The Client is free to terminate his services at any time before design and development or the commencement of any services. In case the project ceases owing to external reasons, no refund shall be granted.
Based on the pre-discussion, refund can be full or partial. Any claim for cancellation must be filed before work begins to avail of a refund. No refunds apply once work has started but remains uncompleted.
Any expenses proposed for domain purchase plus stock photo licensing fees outside the Firsttechohub project by Firsttechohub are non-re reimbursable but chargeable.
